That's Not Cool Whip - - - -

of course it's mold! See the greenish tinge? On smoked tempeh, alas. And even cut away, the tempeh continued to mold; here it is a few weeks later--

Found an old (perhaps 10 years old?) frozen package of soysage lurking at the bottom of the freezer. Thawed it out, used it for lunches, and it was generally ok. But clearly it got left a bit too long in the crisper--
