This is what happens when you don't use cheese for a l o n g time! Luckily, the Provolone being cheese, we just scrapped off the mold. Good as new!

Our good friend Joni, who gives us jam and applesauce in return for tomato sauce, various soups, and nut butter, provided this organic black raspberry jam from her kitchen; look what happened when it got left out in the humid Ohio spring! Scrapped off the mold; just as good as ever.
