Soysage!



Found an old (perhaps 10 years old?) frozen package of soysage lurking at the bottom of the freezer. Thawed it out, used it for lunches, and it was generally ok. But clearly it got left a bit too long in the crisper--

Tofunaisse



and what happens when 'tofu maynaisse' is left a bit too long; cleaned a few spots off last week, but this is now far too gone for salvage! Note the off color of what used to be white mixture beneath the mold--
